Adam attended St. Theresa’s High School in Midland before going to Western University to complete law and MBA degrees.
Previously, Adam worked as a senior advisor to Canada’s Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty, as Canada successfully navigated the global recession and financial crisis. Most recently, Adam served as Assistant Vice President at one of Canada’s largest life insurance companies. Adam is also an entrepreneur, founding an online education platform to assist college and university students with licensing exams. To date, they have served over 13,000 students.
Adam has been an active volunteer in the community having served as a member of the Board of Directors for Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene from 2015 to 2021. Adam was also a founding board member of Building Up, a non-profit whose mission is to create employment opportunities in the skilled trades for at-risk youth.
Melissa Lantsman is the Member of Parliament for Thornhill and Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada. First elected in 2021, she previously served as the Shadow Minister for Transport and as a senior advisor to leading Canadian political figures.
Melissa believes in breaking the mould and in bringing new ideas and energy to Ottawa. She represents the next generation in Canadian politics.
Born and raised in the community she now serves, Melissa was taught by her immigrant parents to work hard and stand up for what’s right. Those are values that have guided her at all points of her life and career. Melissa is an award-winning communicator and was amongst Canada’s most sought-after public affairs executives. She has served on various boards of directors, was a regular TV commentator and hosted her own radio show. Her writing has been featured in Canada’s largest circulation publications.
Melissa is not afraid to speak out for the things that matter and she doesn’t back down from holding the government to account.
Shuvaloy “Shuv” Majumdar MP is a Canadian politician, foreign policy advisor, and former consultant. A member of the Conservative Party of Canada, Majumdar was elected to serve as Member of Parliament for Calgary Heritage in a 2023 by-election. He served as policy director to Canadian foreign minister John Baird and worked alongside Jason Kenney when he was defence minister. Following the 2015 Canadian federal election, Majumdar was hired by the Macdonald-Laurier Institute to lead its foreign policy and national security program. While working at MLI, Majumdar worked for Stephen Harper’s consulting firm, Harper & Associate.
Sabrina is known for her bold opinions on topics from politics to pop culture, economics and equality. Her columns regularly run on the paper’s front page and are considered must-reads for the millennial perspective on Canada’s political landscape. Sabrina is also a frequent on-air commentator, and has appeared on CP24, Breakfast Television, ET Canada, TVO’s The Agenda, CityLine, and many other broadcasts. She’s the recipient of multiple National Magazine Awards and Canadian Online Publishing Awards, as well as a Webby Award.
Ginny serves as the agency of record for many of the largest food and beverage, consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and extractive industries in the world. Advising multinational corporations, domestic companies, and non-profits on government relations in Canada, she is a sought-after political commentator. Appearing as a frequent panelist on major television and radio outlets, Ginny is also a contributor to The Hub and National Post. Ginny was the recipient of The Peak’s 2021 Emerging Leaders award.
Prior to joining the Crestview Strategy team, Ginny worked at Queen’s Park as an organizer for the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario and has been a lifelong political activist. Ginny brings experience as a former staffer and political campaigner, managing a team of professionals serving clients in every jurisdiction in Canada.
Ginny holds a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Contemporary Studies from the University of King’s College in Nova Scotia.
