ON GRIEF

Nobody gets a pass on grief regardless of title or net worth.  As human beings, we grieve and watch others grieve both physical losses and symbolic losses. In this panel discussion, we will explore grief as fellow grievers, individual practitioners, and organizational leaders. We will examine various forms of bereavement policies and informal supports organizations can offer employees during seasons of loss and transition. Lastly, we will discuss approaches to use when coping with a loss or supporting someone who is experiencing a loss. Together, we grieve and support.
